The ‘8 Bowl Kit’ is the smallest kit we offer and is ideal for very small groups of children. As with all our kits it contains lots of extra equipment to make the activities fun and also to aid learning.
The kit contains 8 of our specially designed Bowls Buddies Bowls which are designed to work on all surfaces, including indoor smooth flat surfaces. The bowls all have a bias like traditional bowls and are made from a slightly spongy material and have a ridging on the running surface to enable them to stop that bit quicker on smooth surfaces.
You don’t need a carpet for these bowls! A standard kit will come with red and blue bowls but if you would like any of the orange or pink bowls then just indicate on the Order Form – the price is the same.
As with all our kits you get plenty of different types of cones to mark out lanes and areas in your sports hall or bowling green for different activities. You also get our handy Activity Book that has plenty of ideas for games that you can play with the bowls and other equipment.
You can choose whether you would like to have yellow unbiased jacks or biased jacks. This will largely depend on which area of the country you are wanting to use the Bowls Buddies equipment, and if you are not familiar with the different codes of the sport please contact us for advice.
