All our products have been used successfully in a variety of locations by Bowling Clubs, Schools and other organisations and individuals. Please note that Bowls Buddies became VAT registered on 1st December 2025 and all prices are shown including VAT. Postage for all orders is normally only £9.00 per package. Our Bowls
Our bowls are all shaped like normal bowls but are smaller and are made of polyurethane. The standard bowls come in red and blue colours, with yellow jacks of the same size that can be either biased or unbiased (the unbiased jacks are round). We also now have bright pink and orange bowls available that can be purchased. All bowls are are approximately 200g (7oz) in weight and are all the same size and shaped like a normal bowl – about 10cm (4 inches) high (diameter) and 9cm (3.5 inches) in width. There are ridges incorporated into the running surface of the bowls to help stop them on hard surfaces. They have a ‘stress ball’ type feel and are easy to handle by very young children (around aged 4 upwards). The bowls have a strong bias to ensure children can understand how bowls turn. They will turn more on indoor and hard surfaces and are not suitable for short mats. All our bowls are manufactured in the UK.
Bags of Bowls
Our bags are the basic Bowls Buddies product and include the bowls, jacks and a foot mat all contained in a drawstring bag. If you would like the bright pink or bright orange bowls either instead of the red & blue bowls or mixed in with the red & blue bowls then just let us know on the Order Form. Jacks can be biased or unbiased and this can be chosen on the Order Form. You can also order the bowls individually or in large quantities to get savings and the prices are set out below.
4 Bowl Bag (£109)
Includes 2 red and 2 blue bowls, along with a jack and mat, all contained in the Bowls Buddies drawstring bag.
8 Bowl Bag (£169)
Includes 8 bowls (4 of each colour), a jack and a mat, all presented in a Bowls Buddies drawstring bag.
Bag & Wedge (£299)
A very simple starter kit for a Club or other organisation. This contains an 8 Bowl Bag and Target Wedge, which always provides great fun for children and adults alike and can be used to fundraise to support your organisation. Standard Club Kits & Community Bowls Kits
Bowls Buddies Kits give you more than just the bowls, they include a variety of other equipment that will be useful in running bowls sessions. Some of the kits also include a handy Activity Book with lots of great games you can play. The bigger the kit you buy the bigger the saving over purchasing individual items. 8 Bowl Kit (£329)
Ideal for small groups, this gives you 8 bowls, 2 jacks, 2 mats, 50 low cones, 10 high cones, 4 nine inch hurdles, 2 target mats (120cm x 120cm), a set of activity cards and a storage bag. You make a saving of over £140 on the individual price of items.
16 Bowl Kit (£549)
This kit is ideal for small groups of children and adults. You get 16 Bowls Buddies Bowls (colour of your choice) as well as 4 jacks and a variety of target mats and other equipment. You save over £238 by buying all this equipment as a kit.
32 Bowl Kit (£899)
This kit contains everything you need to entertain a whole class or large group, containing 32 bowls (colour of your choice), 8 jacks and lots of equipment. A massive saving of over £523 when you buy this equipment as a kit. You can also increase the size of the kit to XL size to include as extras two Bowls Catchers and a large 200cm x 200cm Target Mat.

Community / Care Home Kits
Community/Care Home Kits (£399/£599)
These kits are designed specially for use within a care home or for activities within a community centre, or a children’s or older persons club. Choose between a standard or large kit both of which contain a Target Wedge, a large 200×200 cm Hexagon Target and bowls. Great savings of over £101/£197 respectively compared to the purchase of individual items.
Target Wedges
Our Target Wedge is manufactured exclusively for Bowls Buddies in the UK. These can be used with normal bowls as well as Bowls Buddies bowls and are sure to be a hit with adults and children alike. You can also add on a large drawstring bag to store the Target Wedge in and protect it from scratches etc whilst storing and transporting it. Click on the link below for more details.
Bowls Catchers
Introduced to our product range in November 2024 and manufactured exclusively for Bowls Buddies in the UK.
They can be used with Bowls Buddies bowls or with normal bowls, and are great for improving accuracy and for playing fun scoring games. Children love the excitement of trying to get their bowls into the Bowls Catchers.
They can be numbered at no extra charge and bought individually or as a 3-piece multipack which gives you a saving.
Target Mats
The Square and Bullseye Target Mats come as part of all our kits. However you can purchase extra targets and our unique target mats separately, and there are savings if you buy multiple Target Mats with one of our Bundles. We sell our Target Mats in both a standard 120cm x 120cm size as well as a larger 200cm x 200cm size which is easier to land on! Activity Book
Bowls Buddies have produced a 30 page A4 Activity Book that is ideal for Schools, Sports Partnerships or Clubs that want to engage children. This is included with all our main kits. An example of a game card, and what it contains, is shown below.
The Activity Book gives 16 different fun games that can be played with the bowls and associated equipment. In addition, there are some basic instructions on how the bowls should be held and how to understand and teach bias. The Activity Book can also be purchased separately for £29.88 through our Order Form.
